- Wanderer: Below USD 1,000 spend or less than 4 nights. Benefits include up to 10% off online rates, complimentary drinks, 15% off Gallery and Spa.
- Explorer: USD 1,000–4,999 spend or 4–10 nights. Adds a 1-time room upgrade.
- Voyager: USD 5,000+ spend or 11+ nights. Adds 2-time room upgrades and late check-out.
- Luminary: By invitation only. Adds early check-in/late check-out, priority access to new hotels, and up to 3 junior suite upgrades per year. Banyan Tree properties are excluded from Accor+ programs (Voyager & Explorer) but remain part of ALL Accor, allowing members to earn elite qualifying nights and points and redeem points for stays. The program applies to a specific list of participating hotels including Banyan Tree Nanjing, Shanghai, Zhuhai, and others
Banyan Tree has relaunched its withBanyan program, shifting from a simple guest recognition model to a four-tier structure. The program is not a points-earning system but a status-based recognition program that remains combinable with ALL Accor benefits. The four tiers are defined by qualified spend or nights:
