What happened
Atmos Rewards will let members join a free community from October 1, 2026, including Global Locals, which adds 10% to status points earned on international travel. Enrollment happens in the member account. Anyone who does not join is left without a community.
The chosen community displays a badge below the account number and can be changed only once per calendar year. Global Locals also credits 4,000 status points when 100,000 points are transferred from an eligible partner, but which partners count has not been announced. Award tickets for children 12 and under cost 20% less in Families on the Go. Club 49 is still limited to Alaska residents. Huaka'i is still limited to Hawaii residents.
