American Express is enhancing the value proposition of the Amex Platinum Card through several key benefit updates. The annual statement credit for Clear+ has been increased from its previous level to $209. Additionally, the annual statement credit for U.S. Resy purchases has been raised to $400 (up from $300). A significant new addition is complimentary Marriott Bonvoy Gold elite status for cardholders.
