What happened
Alaska Airlines opened its sixth mystery sale for Atmos Rewards miles on October 2, with a personalized bonus of as much as 120% on purchases through October 19, 2026. The bonus amount appears only after a member logs in on the purchase page.
Miles are priced at $35.00 per 1,000 plus a 7.5% federal excise tax. A mile bought at a 100% bonus costs 1.88 U.S. cents. Members can buy or gift miles in 1,000-point increments up to 60,000, or in 5,000-point increments up to 100,000 per transaction.
Non-elite members may buy or receive only 150,000 points in a calendar year. Atmos elites at Silver and above have no annual cap. Bought miles cannot be refunded, and they do not apply to elite status or milestones.
A 120% bonus is not guaranteed. Check the Atmos purchase page and buy only if the assigned bonus is 100% or higher.
