What happened
Accor Live Limitless is crediting 100 Reward points when a member orders a plant-forward Oh My Greens dish at a participating Novotel restaurant from 1 to 30 September 2026. The award is one per member. Accor will shut the offer automatically once 975,000 points have been granted, a ceiling it states as 9,750 members.
Restaurant staff present a QR code after the meal. The diner scans it and logs into ALL to activate the credit. People who are not members can join on that page. Status does not matter. The promotion covers 499 Novotel hotels worldwide that have restaurants. Points are not instant and Accor says the credit will post within 15 working days after the offer ends, by 21 October 2026.
Only participating Novotel restaurants qualify and ALL membership terms still apply. Accor will not add extra points if force majeure blocks the offer. Complaints must reach ALL customer service within 30 days after the offer ends. Scan the QR code if already dining on a plant-forward dish at a participating Novotel this September; 100 ALL points is not worth a special trip.
