Accor CEO and President Sébastien Bazin announced his departure during the company's annual general meeting on Wednesday. He plans to leave by May 2028, though the timeline may accelerate if a suitable successor is identified sooner. Bazin has led Accor since 2013, overseeing growth from 14 brands and 3,600 hotels to 44 brands and over 5,800 hotels globally. He will be 66 by May 2026
