What happened
World of Hyatt is implementing a program change effective June 30, 2026, that allows Explorist, Globalist, Lifetime Globalist, and World of Hyatt Credit Card primary cardholders to redeem award nights more than 12 months prior to arrival. Previously, these members were limited to booking awards within a 12-month window. Under the new benefit, they gain exclusive advance access to book Free Night Awards and Points + Cash Awards before standard members. Eligibility is determined by tier status or card membership at the time of the booking. The booking window is based on the time zone of the specific hotel or resort. This change applies to award redemptions made on or after June 30, 2026. It does not extend to paid stays, which remain subject to standard availability rules
