Earnings follow the member's Rakuten setting. Selecting cash back pays cash. Points can post as American Express Membership Rewards. Bilt members with Silver status or higher earn 14X Bilt points. Blue status converts at a 2:1 ratio, so the effective rate is 7X.
A targeted Chase Offer paying 8% back on up to $125 of Viator spend can stack with the portal rate and has no minimum spend. Bookings must land on viator.com via Rakuten and finish checkout in that session. App-to-app sales do not track. Only completed tours earn. Canceled or refunded tours do not earn.
