What happened
Marriott Bonvoy Homes & Villas has extended its 40,000 bonus points promotion to all members (previously elite-only). To qualify, members must register by April 26, 2026, and book a stay of at least two consecutive nights with a minimum spend of $2,000 (excluding taxes/fees) between April 27 and May 13, 2026. The stay must be completed between April 27, 2026, and January 3, 2027. This bonus is in addition to base points and elite bonuses. Notably, Homes & Villas spend counts toward Ambassador qualification, making this valuable for those near the threshold. One bonus per member across all April 2026 HVMB promotions
