What happened
Marriott Bonvoy members who register by September 30, 2026 and book on the Homes & Villas platform in September earn 1 extra elite night credit per paid night from September 3 through December 15, 2026, if the stay costs at least $1,750. A stay is 2 or more consecutive nights at the same property. Payment must be by credit card. An eligible 3-night stay produces 6 elite night credits.
The same registration also earns 2X points on eligible spend for nights from November 21 to 30, 2026. Standard elite night credits and points are expected to post within 72 hours after checkout. Bonus elite night credits do not post before December 15, 2026 and apply only to the elite year in which they land.
Only Homes & Villas inventory booked on the platform qualifies. Award redemptions and third-party bookings are ineligible. Cancellations and no-shows earn no credits or points.
Register by September 30 and book in September if extra elite nights would close a status gap.
