What happened
HON Circle members and First Class passengers can bring 2 travel companions into Lufthansa Group First Class lounges and the First Class Terminal, up from a single-guest policy. Miles & More is aligning those guest rules across the group and says the change is coming soon.
Own children under 18 may enter with no stated cap, but other children are excluded. Each companion and child must hold a boarding pass for the same flight as the qualifying passenger. Airport-level First Class Terminal and lounge rules still control entry, including at Frankfurt.
Holders of HON Circle status or a First Class ticket should plan lounge and Terminal visits around 2 same-flight companions plus their own children under 18 and confirm the local page before travel.
