Hyatt has confirmed that its annual award category changes will take effect on May 7, 2026. This follows a February announcement regarding the move to dynamic pricing, which will increase award costs by up to 67%. The May 7 change represents a second devaluation event for the year. Standard level awards are expected to increase by 17% to 37.5%, while peak awards could see increases of 33% to 67%.
