Capital One announced that its Capital One Lounge at Dulles International Airport (IAD) will transition to a limited-service model starting July 9, 2026, to accommodate essential infrastructure and ventilation upgrades. The lounge is expected to reopen in early fall 2026. During this period, interior seating, dining stations (including hot/cold dishes), and the full-service bar will be unavailable. The cafe area adjacent to the check-in desk will remain open, offering grab-and-go items, coffee, tea, and pastries. Guests can use the Capital One app to check capacity and join the waitlist.
