What happened
Round-trip Breeze tickets booked by 11:59 p.m. PT on August 13, 2026 receive a 35% cut on the base fare when code TROPICAL is entered at checkout. The discount hits cash fares and BreezePoints awards alike, including mixed payments. Travel must fall between September 8, 2026 and February 9, 2027.
One-way itineraries do not qualify. Blackout dates run November 19 through 30, 2026 and December 17, 2026 through January 5, 2027. Discounted seats are limited and must be booked on flybreeze.com or in the Breeze app. Taxes and carrier fees stay at full price.
Breeze tickets often leave little in the base fare, which is the only part that gets the cut. Book with TROPICAL by August 13, 2026 only when a round-trip in the window still holds up after blackouts and after applying the discount to the base fare alone.
