What happened
The United Business Card has updated its welcome offer. New cardmembers can earn 100,000 MileagePlus bonus miles plus 2,000 Premier Qualifying Points (PQPs) after spending $5,000 within the first three months of account opening. Additionally, earning an extra 10,000 bonus miles is available by adding an authorized user within the first 3 months. Eligibility requires that the applicant has not received a new cardmember bonus on this exact card in the past 24 months. Having other Chase United cards does not disqualify the applicant. Standard Chase application policies, including the 5/24 rule, apply. The card carries a $150 annual fee. Perks include a free first checked bag for the member and one companion, two United Club passes annually, priority boarding, 25% off inflight purchases, a $125 annual travel credit (with $100 spend threshold), up to $100 in United Hotels credits, 5,000 anniversary bonus miles (when paired with a personal United card), PQP earning (1 per $20, up to 4,000/year), and primary rental car coverage
