Allegiant adds 9 Florida routes, 7 hyper-seasonal from New England

What happened

On August 17, 2026, Allegiant Air announced 9 new Florida leisure routes that include 7 hyper-seasonal New England flights for peak spring demand. Those New England flights operate only for about two months. Cincinnati to Orlando International is planned as year-round service. Grand Forks, North Dakota, gets seasonal flights to Orlando Sanford rather than Orlando International.

Boston Logan is slated for a short-season nonstop to Orlando Sanford. Short-season flights from Boston to Punta Gorda and St. Pete-Clearwater are also planned. Providence gets short-season nonstops to Fort Lauderdale. It also adds short-season service to Orlando Sanford and Sarasota. Portsmouth, New Hampshire, gets a hyper-seasonal nonstop to Fort Lauderdale.

The airline said the new flying follows its practice of putting on capacity only in peak leisure windows. The routes sit outside any loyalty program. Check Allegiant for spring Florida flights from Boston, Cincinnati or Grand Forks, and do not expect the hyper-seasonal New England routes to keep flying after the short peak window.
