Alaska Airlines' Atmos Rewards program is currently displaying inflated award pricing for partner flights that include connections. While direct flights adhere to standard distance-based charts (e.g., DFW to Helsinki on Finnair is 35,000 points), adding a connection (e.g., DFW to HEL via ARN) jumps the cost to 55,000 points in economy. Similarly, ORD to MAD on Iberia is 27,500 points, but adding a BCN connection raises it to 35,000 points.
