What happened
Air India has announced it will install a customized version of the Airbus First Class Master Suite on its newly delivered Airbus A350-1000 aircraft. Originally, the airline planned to use the Safran Unity platform, which would have resulted in a 'business class plus' product. However, due to supply chain issues, Air India switched suppliers. The new Airbus-designed suite is expected to feature a 1-1-1 layout, offering a more competitive hard product compared to the initial plan.
