To unlock the best price (45% off), members must purchase at least 30,000 miles in one transaction. The standard price is 3.5 cents per mile plus 7.5% federal excise tax. With a 45% discount, the effective cost is approximately 2.07 cents per mile. Members can purchase up to 50,000 miles per rolling 90-day period and 200,000 per calendar year.
