Singapore Airlines is quietly trialing a new personal concierge service for its First Class passengers at Singapore Changi Airport (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3). The service begins when guests arrive at The Private Room lounge and includes a dedicated concierge to monitor flights, handle rebookings during irregular operations, and fulfill shopping requests. When it is time to board, the concierge drives the passenger to the gate in a buggy, helps them cut the security line, and drops them at the jet bridge. Passengers can choose whether to board first or last. This trial aims to make the ground experience more seamless and competitive as the airline prepares to introduce a new First Class product in 2027. The airline will decide in the near future whether to make the service permanent
