What happened
Scene+ Travel is paying 6 points per dollar on hotel bookings made from October 6 through November 3, 2026, for stays finished by May 31, 2027. The rate is double the portal’s usual 3 points per dollar. Registration is not required and there is no earning cap.
Earn is based on the full hotel price with taxes and fees, including any portion paid in Scene+ points. Card earn from the purchase stacks with the portal rate. Cars and activities remain at 3 points per dollar. Points usually post within 8 weeks of checkout.
Cancellations earn no points. A date change that lands outside the booking or stay window also voids the bonus. The Expedia-powered portal generally yields no hotel loyalty points and no elite-night credit, and chain elite benefits will usually not apply. A minimum stay can apply at some properties.
Book hotels through Scene+ Travel only when the cash rate is close to booking direct and hotel elite credit or perks are not needed.
