What happened
Qatar Airways is restoring flight operations following a pause due to the Iran War. Starting April 23, 2026, the airline will resume daily flights to Dubai (DXB) and Sharjah (SHJ). A daily service to Damascus (DAM) will commence on May 1, 2026. Current flight activity shows approximately 135 departing passenger flights ex-Doha on April 24, 2026, with over 150 destinations scheduled from June 16.
