What happened
- Family & Friends: Up to six people who are not Privilege Club members. To qualify as a nominee, the individual's Privilege Club account must have been active for a minimum of 30 days, and the main member must have completed at least one qualifying activity: a flown flight accrual with Qatar Airways or a partner airline, or an eligible co-branded credit card accrual transaction. This effectively locks out members who have Avios but lack recent flight or card engagement from redeeming for others
Qatar Airways Privilege Club has implemented new rules restricting who members can redeem Avios for. The program introduces two nominee categories: - My List: Up to four other Privilege Club members. Once added, they must remain connected for at least six months before removal.
