What happened
Qatar Airways Privilege Club is selling Avios at 1.53 US cents each under a 50% bonus on buys or gifts of 21,000 Avios or more, through 25 August 2026. The window runs 18 to 25 August 2026 in GMT+3. A 20% bonus starts at 3,000 Avios. A 30% bonus starts at 11,000 Avios.
The bonus applies only to Buy Avios or Gift Avios on qatarairways.com via the Points Platform. It cannot be combined with another buy or gift offer. Members need at least 1 Avios earned since joining. Purchased Avios post within 72 hours and cannot be refunded. They do not count toward Privilege Club status. The calendar-year cap is 250,000 Avios. Price can vary by account address and currency.
An earlier 2026 sale reached 65% and about 1.39 US cents per Avios. British Airways Avios Booster or subscriptions buy the same Avios more cheaply and can be moved if a Qatar redemption is better. Use Qatar only after those options, and only at the 21,000 Avios tier before 25 August 2026.
