Miles & More UK debit card offers 10,000 miles for £2K spend

Expires Sep 7

What happened

Currensea has launched a Miles & More Mastercard debit card in the United Kingdom that awards 10,000 miles after £2K of non-GBP transactions. The first 500 people to sign up and spend 1 GBP also get 5,000 miles.

The annual fee is £180. HON Circle members have it waived while they hold status. Senators get the first year free. A mid-year upgrade to Senator or HON Circle triggers a pro-rata refund. Earning is 1 mile per pound until 7 September 2027, usually 0.5, and 2 miles per pound on Lufthansa Group spend. Non-GBP purchases earn 1 mile per pound and cost 1.49% in FX fees. An anniversary bonus of 5,000 miles needs £15K of eligible spend. Charges leave the linked account almost immediately.

Holders get unlimited Lufthansa Group business-class check-in at London Heathrow Airport in any cabin. One worldwide business lounge voucher arrives after the first purchase each year. Converting 5,000 miles yields 20 Points and 20 Qualifying Points.

UK residents aged 18 or over with a supported current account can apply. Skip the welcome bonus unless 1.49% on £2K of non-GBP spend beats a no-FX debit card already held.
