LendingClub has announced a rebranding to 'Happen Bank,' with the official launch planned for July 2026. Existing users received an email notification, and a new website (meethappen.com) has launched. The company states there will be no changes to account numbers, terms, or services, only the brand name. New debit card and check designs are expected in the fall. LendingClub, originally a peer-to-peer lender, acquired Radius Bank in 2020 and shifted focus. The rebrand aims to better reflect its current offerings. LendingClub currently offers a targeted $350 bonus on its cards
