Delta One next-generation service expected from LAX this fall

What happened

One Mile at a Time reports that Delta will begin training flight attendants on a next-generation Delta One business class soft product, with the new meal and service experience expected this fall on long-haul flights from Los Angeles. Training is expected to start the week after the report.

A wider rollout to most long-haul flights is expected in 2027. The soft-product refresh is separate from new and retrofitted business-class seats on incoming A350s and A330s. Exact changes have not been disclosed.

Recent Delta One upgrades have included Missoni bedding and amenity kits, which One Mile at a Time reads as an evolutionary update. Points travellers flying long-haul Delta One from Los Angeles should see the new experience this fall, before those seats arrive.
