Chase is developing a new Chase Sapphire Lounge at Miami International Airport (MIA), located in Concourse E on the third floor above Gate E7. According to blueprints released by Miami-Dade County, the 13,793-square-foot space is part of a 15-year lease expected to generate over $93 million in revenue. The proposal is pending final approval, so the opening is likely a few years away. This will be the second U.S. card-issuer lounge at MIA, joining the American Express Centurion Lounge opened in 2015. Currently, Chase operates eight Sapphire lounges in BOS, IAD, LAS, JFK, LGA, PHL, PHX, and San Diego. Access is available to Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz-Carlton Credit Card holders, with options to bring guests for a fee
