What happened
Delta SkyMiles opened a three-day Delta One award sale for bookings October 27 through 29, 2026, with some long-haul roundtrips from 115K miles. Travel is typically in late 2026 or early 2027 inside a tight window that depends on the route.
Delta lists roundtrip prices. One-ways are generally about half those amounts. SkyMiles members can book. Delta American Express cardmembers receive an extra 15% off the published award rates, which puts a 115K award at just under 100K miles one-way. Prices and destinations differ by origin on the Delta flash-sale page. Some sale prices remain high, including 795K miles roundtrip from Miami to Tokyo.
The sale targets miles already in a SkyMiles account. American Express Membership Rewards should not be transferred into SkyMiles for this sale. SkyMiles premium-cabin awards usually price better on trips that do not start or end in the United States.
Search the flash-sale page by origin before October 29, 2026, with miles already in SkyMiles.
