Airelles Palladio Venice has officially opened in April 2026, serving as the first property for the French luxury hotel group outside of France. The 45-key hotel is situated on Venice’s Giudecca Island, a five-minute boat ride from Piazza San Marco, housed within the restored Bauer Palladio complex. The property features a mix of French elegance and Venetian artistry, designed by Christophe Tollemer. Key amenities include a full-service Guerlain Spa, three swimming pools, a gym, gardens, and a kids club. Dining options include abc kitchen, Matsuhisa, Villa Frollo, Cichetti Bar, and Palladio Bar. Rates start at €1,200 per night in the low season and rise to €2,500 in the high season. Rates include breakfast, complimentary minibar, luggage packing/unpacking, laundry service (up to 10 items), non-alcoholic pool drinks, spa access, and roundtrip boat shuttle service to St. Mark’s Square
