# deal alert

Deal alerts cover unusually low cash fares, mistake fares and award prices well below the usual rate. Stories here give the route, the price and the dates the sources found, along with the booking risk: mistake fares are sometimes cancelled by the airline. Most of these deals last hours or days, so the report date matters.
