## Summary

- Wage increases: 13% effective Oct 1, 2026, followed by 2.5% increases in 2027, 2028, and 2029.
- Retroactive wage payment to Jan 1, 2026.
- New duty pay premium equivalent to 12% of salary for all duty hours.
- Healthcare Spending Account of $300/year.
- 13% increase in per diem rates in 2026, then 2.5% annually.
- Fifth week of vacation at 25 years of service.
- Maternity leave top-up to 17 weeks.
- Scheduling and quality-of-life improvements including rest hours and shift trades. The strike is expected to cancel 250,000 guests' August long weekend travel, with further cancellations depending on the duration of the work stoppage
