## Summary

TLC Jet is paying 100,000 bonus AAdvantage miles on an eligible member's first qualifying private-jet charter completed by December 31, 2026, on top of the regular 1 mile per dollar of charter spend.

The bonus is limited to American Airlines AAdvantage members on a first qualifying TLC Jet booking. Base miles exclude taxes and fees. Published terms do not clearly define what counts as a qualifying flight, so travelers should confirm with TLC Jet before paying. AAdvantage miles cannot be used to book another TLC Jet private flight. The company sells on-demand charters with no membership deposit or monthly fee.

Charter spend also earns Loyalty Points toward AAdvantage elite status. A $50,000 round-trip would earn 50,000 miles and 50,000 Loyalty Points before the bonus. An example super-midsize rate is $8,500 per hour.

If a private charter with TLC Jet is already planned, confirm the itinerary qualifies and complete the first booking by December 31, 2026.
