Some airports, including Hannover and Tokyo-Narita, enforce time-limitation windows for entering the sterile area with a valid boarding pass, preventing early entry

## Summary

Airports are implementing time-limitation windows to reduce congestion in departure zones. Travelers arriving too early may be rejected at security until their specific access window opens. This was experienced at Hannover Airport (HAJ) in Germany, where a passenger arrived 6 hours early for a Lufthansa flight but was blocked from the gate area despite the lounge being open. The restriction is programmed for the entire airport due to concourse shutdowns, though a manual gate allowed entry. The same issue persists at Tokyo-Narita. This affects travelers with carry-on only who don't need to wait for check-in counters
