Hyatt has delayed the opening of Thompson Rome from June to October 1, 2026, causing confusion for guests with existing reservations and affecting award availability

## Summary

Thompson Rome, originally scheduled to open in June 2026, has been delayed until at least October 1, 2026. The delay leaves guests with existing reservations unsure of their status, with some reporting that customer care is unaware of the change.
