GHA Discovery has added STORY Hotels & Resorts and Minor Hotels' Colbert Collection to its portfolio, effective late May and early June respectively, expanding the program's independent luxury footprint

## Summary

GHA Discovery, the loyalty program for the Global Hotel Alliance, has added two new brand groups to its network. STORY Hotels & Resorts joined in late May as part of a broader GHA expansion that includes Almanac Hotels, Regal Hotels International, and TemptingPlaces. STORY contributes five properties in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Indian Ocean, including the newly opened STORY Seychelles and STORY Rabat. Additionally, Minor Hotels' new soft brand, Colbert Collection, became a participating brand in early June. The first property, Porta Rossa Hotel Firenze, opened on May 12 in Florence, Italy. A second property, Colbert Collection Koh Samui (formerly Buri Rasa Village), is undergoing rebranding with a full rollout planned for early 2027. These additions bring GHA Discovery's total to over 800 hotels across roughly 45 brands in 100 countries. Members can now earn and redeem Discovery Dollars at these new locations, with Titanium elites earning 50% more Discovery Dollars on stays

## Why it matters

Affects Air Canada loyalty members and route planners. Spans 5 hotel programs (Colbert Collection, GHA Discovery, Marriott Bonvoy...).
