Southwest Airlines is launching a new 2:45 AM reverse redeye flight from Las Vegas (LAS) to Honolulu (HNL) in spring 2027, arriving at 6:10 AM with a 6hr 25min block time

## Summary

Southwest Airlines announced a new spring 2027 route featuring its first "reverse redeye" from Las Vegas (LAS) to Honolulu (HNL). The flight departs at 2:45 AM local time and lands at 6:10 AM, with a block time of 6 hours and 25 minutes. This schedule allows for efficient aircraft utilization by enabling a direct turn for a morning flight back to the mainland without overnighting in Hawaii. While Hawaiian Airlines operates a similar early morning wide-body service, this marks Southwest's first westbound redeye on a one-cabin 737
