## Summary

Singapore Airlines is quietly trialing a new personal concierge service for its First Class passengers at Singapore Changi Airport (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3). The service begins when guests arrive at The Private Room lounge and includes a dedicated concierge to monitor flights, handle rebookings during irregular operations, and fulfill shopping requests. When it is time to board, the concierge drives the passenger to the gate in a buggy, helps them cut the security line, and drops them at the jet bridge. Passengers can choose whether to board first or last.
