A Bonvoy member redeemed 212,000 points for a stay at Four Points Flex London Euston, ending up in an 8-square-meter 'pod' room, highlighting the program's use of partner brands for redemptions

## Summary

A Marriott Bonvoy member shared an Instagram video of his stay at Four Points Flex London Euston, where he redeemed 212,000 points for a room so small (8 square meters) that the bathroom door hit his suitcase. The article notes that while the room was advertised as a 'Pod,' the point cost was high compared to the cash rate (£270/$362), suggesting a potential 5-night 'stay 4, pay 5' redemption. This serves as a case study for Marriott's broader strategy of leveraging lower-tier partner brands like Four Points for point redemptions, which impacts member value expectations
