## Summary

Marriott International announced a joint venture with the Leali family to bring the luxury wellness brand Lefay into its global portfolio. Lefay currently operates two properties in Italy (Lago di Garda and the Dolomites) with two more under construction in Tuscany and the Swiss Alps. The brand will operate under long-term management agreements while Marriott provides global development, sales, and marketing support. Crucially for loyalty optimizers, Lefay properties will participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program, allowing members to earn and redeem points.
