Marriott Bonvoy members are reporting an issue where eGift cards cannot be unlocked for payment on the app and website, despite previous updates resolving similar crashes

## Summary

Marriott Bonvoy members are experiencing a functional issue where electronic gift cards cannot be unlocked for use at checkout, affecting both the mobile app and desktop site. This follows earlier changes this year that moved gift card management from a dedicated website to the Bonvoy app. While Marriott had previously resolved app-crashing issues, this new 'locked' state prevents members from using their gift card funds. Marriott is investigating the issue
