Hyatt's IT system currently restricts attaching multiple Club Access Awards to separate rooms in a single reservation unless the awards are transferred to the other room's name, requiring a reservation change or rebooking

## Summary

A frequent flyer discovered a specific operational quirk when trying to use multiple World of Hyatt Club Access Awards for a multi-room stay at an all-inclusive property (Dreams Karibana Cartagena). Upon calling customer service, the agent confirmed that the system only allows lounge access certificates to be attached to one room per reservation unless the awards are transferred to the other room's name. This requires the agent to change the room reservation to that person's name, which can be complicated by cancellation windows or system limitations. This is a concrete detail about how the benefit functions in practice, affecting redemption strategy for multi-room travelers

## Why it matters
