Hilton's online search engine displays award availability based on the selected occupancy setting. A room available for single occupancy may not show up when searching for double occupancy, potentially hiding standard-rate availability for free night certificates

## Summary

Hilton Honors award availability is tied to the occupancy setting selected during the search. If a user searches for a double-occupancy room but the available standard-rate room is categorized for single occupancy (or vice versa), the room may not appear in the results. This can lead to confusion when using Hilton Aspire Card free night certificates, as agents may not see the same availability as the user if their search parameters differ. Users should ensure their occupancy setting matches their travel party size to avoid missing out on standard-rate availability

## Why it matters
