A case study finds Delta Stays offers the best adjusted price ($302) for a paid hotel stay when the user is logged in as a Delta Elite member, leveraging $200 rebates per person

## Summary

A card collector analyzed booking options for a two-night stay at The Lodge at St Edward Park in Everett, WA. While Hilton points and other channels like Expedia and Bilt showed competitive base rates, Delta Stays emerged as the best option after perks and rebates. Key findings:
- **Delta Stays**: $302 adjusted price. This was driven by two $200 rebates available to Delta Elite members logged in.
- **Citi Travel (Strata Elite)**: $412.
- **Amex The Hotel Collection**: $472.
- **Hilton Points**: Valued at $495 (using 0.35 cents/point) or $850 (using 0.5 cents/point).
- **Bilt**: $502. The study highlights that Delta Elite status provides a tangible financial advantage when booking paid hotel stays through Delta's portal, significantly undercutting traditional hotel loyalty redemptions and credit card travel portals in this specific instance
