## Summary

Delta SkyMiles has launched a limited-time promotion allowing members to earn Medallion Qualifying Dollars (MQDs) on non-flight purchases. **The Offer:**
* Earn **1 MQD per dollar** spent on base rates for hotels, vacation rentals, and rental cars.
* Members also continue to earn the standard 2 redeemable SkyMiles per dollar. **Key Dates:**
* **Booking Window:** April 6, 2026 – May 18, 2026.
* **Travel Deadline:** By September 30, 2026. **Terms & Conditions:**
* MQDs are earned on base rates only (excluding taxes and fees).
* The SkyMiles account holder must be the same person who made the booking and traveled.
* MQDs may take up to eight weeks to post after the activity is completed. This is a recurring promotion (seen in 2024, 2025, and now 2026) that allows elite qualifiers to accelerate status progress through third-party bookings, though it typically precludes earning hotel or car rental loyalty points
