The passenger, who had an upgrade, was woken up by a woman in seat 3F who claimed her seat did not recline and demanded he swap with her in seat 6A. After swapping, he discovered her seat was indeed broken. She initially refused to leave, citing she had paid for her seat while he was there due to an upgrade.
