## Summary

LoyaltyLobby's October 2026 roundup reports that ALL Accor+ Explorer added 2026 dining-discount blackouts and, as of October 1, new excluded venues plus 15% food and beverage variations at Mercure Sydney Liverpool and several Fairmont hotels.

The dining discount had already fallen from 50% off for two to 30% for any party size in the October 2025 refresh. Mercure Sydney Liverpool now excludes The Atrium. Fairmont The Palm excludes Little Miss India and The Cigar Room. Named outlets at several Fairmont hotels in the Middle East are limited to 15% off F&B instead of the standard 30% dining benefit. Countrywide 2026 blackouts now include Armed Forces Day on 6 October 2026 plus later National Day and year-end holiday dates.

Accor+ Explorer members who budget for hotel dining can lose the benefit entirely or drop to 15% at more Mercure and Fairmont outlets. Verify Accor Plus exclusions and 2026 blackouts at the specific hotel before counting on a dining discount.
