## Summary

Air Serbia has launched its own frequent-flier program, **Elevate**, exiting its long-standing partnership with **Etihad Guest** (which it used since 2013). **Key Details:**
* **Status & Miles Match:** Until **September 16, 2026**, members can transfer their Etihad Guest status and miles earned in the past 12 months to Elevate. This requires sending an application to elevate@airserbia.com with a screenshot of the Etihad account and a PDF statement.
* **Program Structure:** Elevate has four tiers: Blue, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, based on Tier Points or flight segments.
* **Benefits:** Blue status is guaranteed for life. Higher tiers offer benefits like lounge access (Silver/Gold), priority boarding, and bonus points.
* **Earning:** Points are awarded on base fare (excluding taxes/fees).
* **Partners:** No partner airlines at launch; points/miles are usable only on Air Serbia flights.
* **Redemption:** Unlimited redemption availability is noted for Blue tier
