## Summary

Air France-KLM has added a Complete+ tier to Flying Blue Subscribe to Miles that credits 30,000 miles a month, with a 3-month minimum before members can cancel. The first charge lands on the subscribe date and repeats on that day each month, with miles usually posting within 72 hours.

An active subscription keeps miles from expiring. After cancellation, most members have 24 months to spend what they bought, or 36 months for German Explorer members. A 14-day cooling-off period allows a full refund through Flying Blue support if none of the credited miles have been used. There are no refunds after that window, though miles already deposited stay in the account. Subscription miles do not count toward Flying Blue elite status. Canadian residents are charged GST/HST/QST.

Subscribe to Miles and Boosts can push members past the usual annual miles-purchase cap. Complete+ is one of five Subscribe to Miles packages. Flying Blue buy-miles sales can still undercut the regular monthly rate.

Compare Complete+ to those sales and a specific award before locking in, given the 3-month commitment and the lack of elite-qualifying credit.
