The former Westbury Mayfair Hotel is rebranding as St. Regis London, featuring 193 rooms and 66 suites, with an expected opening in October 2026 following multiple delays

## Summary

Marriott is bringing the St. Regis brand to London by rebranding the former Westbury Mayfair Hotel. The property underwent a $122 million redevelopment, adding an eighth floor and extending the rear. It will feature 193 keys, including 66 suites, two restaurants (one being Le Perroquet by Chef Daniel Rose), two bars, a spa, and a fitness center. After several timeline shifts from 2023 to 2026, the hotel is now expected to open in October 2026, though it is not yet accepting reservations. This adds to London's growing luxury points hotel scene, joining recent openings like Park Hyatt London River Thames and the upcoming Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch
